Home and Garden TV (HGTV)

In January 2001, Home and Garden TV (HGTV) visited the Zanone House to film two episodes for Old Homes Restored, a nationally broadcast show that appears weekly on HGTV.  The crew first filmed a segment that concentrated on the wallpaper, paint analysis, and plaster techniques used in restoring the home, and then a segment that dealt with earthquakes and techniques for securing the home to the maximum degree possible against this hazard.  In particular the crew took film of the chimney, cracked in previous earthquakes.  The episodes aired throughout 2001.

The photos below are from the filming.

The famous chimney (scary...huh?)
